The name's DemiFiend. Pleased to meet you all. I'd heard about this place from Kidd Kirigaya, so I decided to give the test a shot. Passed with flying colors, and Kidd Kirigaya was the one who administered it, fittingly enough. He and I have dueled together for a good while. I wasn't the first or last to teach him about the game; he knew some of the basics, but it was under my care that he really started to make more solid decks and smarter plays. Now, we're pretty neck and neck in skill. I like to think I've still got the slight edge over him, but we trade wins and losses frequently.

Been playing since the first cards hit America. I used to go to a few tournaments, did alright. Won some smaller ones, placed decently at regionals and SJCs (basically, what they used to call YCSs.) Played at Comic Odyssey, even managed to beat a few people who'd won SJCs, and some who'd been to Nationals, etc. Though some of those times, they were just deck testing, but it was still extremely stiff competition. I'm not quite as sharply practiced as I was back then, but my deckmaking skills have improved several times over, since.
