Well most of the time you want to get Spellbook of Judgement into play so you can start adding all cards that you would need.
Plays usually go as Spellbook Of Judgment > Spellbook of Secrets > Spellbook of Master > Spellbook of Star Hall/Grand Tower of Spellbooks. End Phase add 3 Spellbooks you need (I personally go for Spellbook of Fate/Spellbook of Eternity/Spellbook of Wisdom), then Special Summon Justice of Prophecy, use her effect and add Spellbook of Judgement and High Priestess of Prophecy. and repeat the process. If you can play Starhall before Judgment and still be able to activate 3 Spellbooks for Judgement, thats even better.
If you dont have a Spellcaster in your hand, i recommend using Spellbooks of Secrets to add Spellbook Magician of Prophecy, and a Spellbook you need to your hand. Unless you are playing Toon Variant, you would be using Toon Gemini Elf.
You will always want to main Injection Fairy Lily and Jowgen. Injection Fairy Lily can get over nuisances such as Evilswarm Ophion and can put your opponent at an uneasy spot. Normally, I would prefer you special summon Jowgen late game, or if you have wipe the opponent's side clean. Injection Fairy Lily mostly when they have Ophion, pretty much the only reason she is there, but she's also a good beater.
your Spellbook lineup should look as such
x2-3 Justice of Prophecy
x2-3 High Priestess of Prophecy
x3 Spellbook Magician of Prophecy
x1 Jowgen
x1 Injection Fairy Lily
x3 Secrets
x3 Fate
x2 Master
x1 Life
x3 Judgment
x2 Power
x1-3 Spellbook Starhall
x1 Tower of Spellbook
x2 Wisdom
I hope this helps and I don't mind if another prophecy player comes in and proves me wrong.
