Idk if you have a side deck but I would consider this for it since your deck is a good line up.

1x Torrential Tribute( when running t.g. you can sacifice them to gain their effect and destroy your opponent monsters)
2x Effect veilers
2x Forbidden Lance( To make your beatdown more effective and sometimes lowering your opponent monster is better than raising only one of your cards.)
2x compulsary device
2x bottomless traphole(Better to remove than to warning a rebornable monster)
1 or 2x Cyber dragon( its a Cyber dragon bro lol)
You could add malefic cyber end or stardust if you run necrovalley.
These are just useful cards since they can help out more.

For your extra deck
Remove number 17. He losses his atk point the moment your skill drain goes through.
Replace him with Acid golem or number 20(20 will still keep all the monster atk boost even if you play skill drain afterwords)

If I get more idea I will give you a heads up.

Now siding the veilers may prove to be needed if skill drain isn't on the field. I'll side it. I just added the Necro Valley. Most of my monsters effects activate in the grave so necro doesn't hinder me and the forbidden lance was a nice addition. So with horn of the phantom beast I can destroy the attacking monster and plus a draw. Nice suggestions.
